Fitzsimons Scholarship forms for parishioners planning to attend either Cardinal Mooney or Ursuline High School during the upcoming school year will be available in the Pamphlet Rack, Sacristy, or by clicking the image below to download a PDF.  You may also call the rectory at 330-744-5233.  Applications are due by February 24, 2023 for the following school year.  Recipient(s) will be notified by April 30.
